Terms Entered in Search
A name, county, or other term entered in a search box is sent directly to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Scott County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy policy controls its handling of that information.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact submission, we retain the message and contact details long enough to review and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or needed to respond to a valid legal order.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary web systems may record limited technical data when a page loads. That data can include:
- Internet Protocol address;

- pages viewed and time spent;
